“Well, Eddie and I have finally finished being bed partners. McCauley certainly knows how to involve the reader in the story. I felt so bad for Eddie because he was so unsettled. I kept reading and reading and to see if he would ever resolve his Types (which, by the way, I liked), his acceptance of himself, his ideas, place and purpose, his being somewhat of a rebel and unique thinker and doer. The final few chapters and the dream did it! I was so happy for him. Perseverance and faith!!”

Judy Ellis, religious educator
“I was struck that, whereas even some of the best male writers can’t ‘do’ women, McCauley’s portrayals of women are consistently real.”
Thomas Murphy, prolific reader
